The Harrisville City Youth Council has had a busy month. Along with the Andrushko Butterfly prokect and the Design Conference, the Youth has had the opportunity to Central Weber Sewer Improvement District. The youth were able to tour the grounds and learned how much work goes into treating the water directly here in Harrisville.
