Conditional Use Permit (Residential Zones)

Land Use applications need to be submitted within fifteen (15) days of the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission or City Council meeting in order to be considered for the agenda. Application and payment will both need to be received by the city offices to be placed on an agenda.

This Land Use Application has a $150 + $10 per unit fee associated with it. Please call the city offices at 801-782-4100 after submitting the application to remit payment. Thank you.
