Welcome to the Harrisville City Reservations page. All reservations made as of November 15, 2025, will use a new reservation system. Contact the city offices at (801) 782-4100 x 1004 for questions or help completing your reservation.
Things to keep in mind prior to making your reservation.
For Harrisville Residents ONLY:Address verficiation required. If you do not reside in the city, please do not place a reservation. The reservation of the Harrisville Cabin and Main Park is a benefit to the residents of Harrisville.
There is no smoking, consuming of alcohol or any form of substance allowed on any city property. Please review the reservation policies prior to making a reservation.
Calendars dates are open 8-10 weeks at a time.
Reservations are taken through a third-party.

All reservations are required to be made online for scheduling purposes. Paper reservations are no longer accepted at the city offices.
Reservation cancellations are subject to a $25 process fee. Credit card processing fees are not refundable.

Harrisville Bi-Centennial Cabin
725 W Harrisville Road
Available to reserve all year long
$150 for meeting (no food allowed)
$200 for a small family group (up to 40)
$650 for weddings, receptions, or open houses
$750 security deposit
Items to consider before making your reservation:
Proof of residency WILL BE verified at the time of reservation.
Deposits will be collected for any damage or if cleaning services are required.
Grove is available with reservation.
The cabin has a full working kitchen including microwave, stove, and refrigerator.
Maximum capacity of 150 people
8 – 60″ round tables provided.
4 – 6ft banquet tables provided.
Chairs provided (approximately 8 per table)
Broom provided, all other cleaning items will need to be brought by reservationist
No plates, glasses, serving utensils, or dishware provided
Garbage can liners are NOT provided, replacements are the reservationists responsibility
Dumpster provided on site

$75 Rental Fee | $300 Security Deposit
Items to consider before making your reservation:
Proof of residency WILL BE verified at the time of reservation.
Rental of Park Bowery will entitle the users the use of the bowery, the restrooms and electricity. [Water access is not available at any time during reservation].
The surrounding park may not be reserved, but is open for use by the public on a first come first-serve basis.
Credit card deposits are subject to processing fees. Any and all processing fees will not be refunded with a cancellation.
The park will be cleaned on a periodic schedule. However, the City cannot guarantee the cleanliness of the facility at the time your reservation, due to it being a public park.
No bounce houses or such are allowed due to liability reasons.
No water is available.
The Splash Pad is not available for reservations. Please plan your party accordingly.
Check / Cash deposit preferred for reservation deposit.
Reservation Signs & Deposit: Signs and keys to power/restrooms can be picked up at the city offices during regularly scheduled office hours. Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm or Friday, 8am to Noon. Deposit is collected at the time reservation signs and keys to power / restrooms are picked up.
Due to ongoing vandalism, power/restroom keys will be handed out to reservations ONLY.

After clicking on link, select Facilities and Reservations.
Find the Facility you wish to make a reservation for (i.e. Bowery, Cabin, Baseball diamond).
Scroll and read through the information about the cabin.
Click on reservation link at bottom of page to be taken to the calendar.
Reservation Day: Select the day you wish to reserve. Dates with the word “unavailable’ next to them are already reserved.
Times: Click on the time slot available. Only one (1) reservation will be allowed per day which means there is only one time slot available for that day. You will choose your times during the questions section.
Click continue at the bottom of the screen. (The bar will say you have selected one time slot. That is all you can select at this point.)
Description: Put your name as the description in pop-up box and select reserve.
Registrant Info: You will need to add a new person. This section allows you to register as a new user. If you make another reservation, your name will already appear as a user. Once completed, click continue.
Questions: Answer the questions associated with the reservation (this will fill your cart with the corresponding reservation fee).
Policies: The next section is the policies for reserving the facility. You will need to select accept to continue.
Checkout: You will see your cart with the items you selected. (all credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% processing fee).
